In the dialog box that allows the user to edit datamap properties, there are several input boxes that allow the user to type new values directly. These boxes are labeled Name:, Tree Type:, Min:, Max:, R:, G: and B:. When the user types any new data in any of these boxes, this callback is called. The callback is also used when the user clicks on the check box labeled ``Show this data item''.
